I really enjoyed this album. The sound is excellent and reminiscent of the long past sounds of Billion Dollar Babies. Highly recommended.

Studio engineering is excellent. This high resolution release captures a sound and spirit of an early piece of soul vocal history. This is the version you need in your collection.

Nothing new of consequence on this 80th Birthday for Fogerty on this release. All songs from the Creedence days. Sound is excellent. A good greatest hits anthology.

I have listened to this release several times since arrival. Each listening has brought additional detail to the Peer Gynt track. The background is so silent and the dynamic passages powerful. Play it loud! Highly recommended

So much product for a modest purchase price. The picture and sound of the BD disc is outstanding. If you have the DVD you might want to keep both. The DVD has much content not repeated on the new BD. Highly recommended.

An excellently engineered live performance. Totally worth the price just for track one, Babylon Sisters. But there are other moments that shine as well. Some track I personally have never heard Steely Dan perform and could not find these tracks on any of my CD's or LP's. Also an interesting drum solo. Wonder what Fagan thought about that track selection. (smile) An excellent addition to any Dan collection. Recommended.

Thirty songs spanning the career of a famous singer. Engineering is excellent. There are many more great songs and lyrics on the individual albums. Recommended.

I did not find anything special about his album. However, the entire album, is finely tuned melodies. Paul's vocal are sweet as usual. The bass guitar is very good and supporting musicians make significant contributions.

Considering the age of many tracks and the vintage equipment used in recording the sound is acceptable. Two discs and plenty of songs from numerous groups. Many I never heard of, but including stellar band and musicians. Fans of Page or Led Zepplin will enjoy adding this to their collection.

Van Morrison's voice is showing his age. The vocals and lyrics are okay. My enjoyment of this release comes from all the supporting musicians participating. Especially the brass instruments. The engineering is excellent.

Yes, I am a fan of the Supertramp songs presented in 1979. Mostly from Crime of the Century and Breakfast in America. The DTS-MA audio on my system is spectacular. The video is as excellent. There is some extra effects added to the video of the concert that I could do without. I think it distracts from the band performance and song played at those moments. But it is a small complaint. Highly recommended.

My first experience with Eine Alpensinfonie. Very engaging and loud. The way I enjoy classical music most. Excellent sound engineering using the original masters from 1980. Recommended

A fine performance of an energetic symphony. Sounds exceptional to my ears with a very wide dynamic range. Super silent passages bring lively crescendos. Kudos to sound engineers. Recommended

Recorded more than 60 years ago I had low expectations. I was delighted when the recording was engineered very good. The music performance is energetic and full of rhythm. The bongo work is exception and original. This has been a pleasant surprise. Recommended

While this is not an audiophile engineering beauty, it gives an audio glimpse into the past. I did my best to listen to both disks, but the sound quality is too low for me and this set is not staying in my collection. Pity but reality.

This Santana release has it all. Quad presentation. Terrific sonics. Great music. Track 6, Aspirations, is instrumental and reproduces sounds over the full range and at many octaves. This will test your front and surround speakers to the maximum. Highly recommended for a Santana collection or a SACD surround specialty collector. Get this quad version before its gone.

This is the best sonic recording of a special historical release. I mean this album never sounded nice or pleasant. It is a harsh sound with a harsh message. This mastering makes it a bit more listenable. Originally released when I was a teenage man in middle of the US. Rebellious life going on. Anti-war, anti-government. Why, anti-anything sometimes. Large drug culture. Sort of a time when the hippies took one too many drugs. Buy this album to experience those days. Not to hear good music.

I like this album from start to finish. Tom's voice at a younger age and sounding fresh. The most enjoyable part is the surround sound blu-ray disk. If you are stereo only the blu-ray has a great version in stereo. I have played this four times now and still liking it.

Another average album from Paul McCartney and Wings. One track, My Love is very good, but the rest fails to show the hits that will eventually come from this band. Many other Wings albums should be purchased before this one.
