MUCC 2003 Natsu no Tour "Nihon Rettou Konton Heisei Shinnoju"MUCCWell worth the money
First of all, the DVD is region-free, so that is a very good feature. You can watch the disc on any NTSC DVD player. The artwork is really nice, a refreshing change. The case is clear, showing a collage of pictures on the backside of the front artwork when you open the case. The disc itself is simplistic and interesting. Included is a small card that shows the tracklist (which is absent on the back of the DVD, replaced by a large photograph), and on the other side the copyright information. The package looks really nice by itself, but onto what the package really is- the concert. While there is no supplementary material (except interactive menus), the concert plays uninterrupted. The show begins with lots and lots of energy, and slows down towards the middle, just to throw you back into a frenzied ending that leaves you dazed. The concert is excellent, Mucc sounds awesome. The song choice is practically perfect (they only play songs up to Zekuu). Even though the DVD is basically $50, the purchase is worth every dollar if you like Mucc.

FANTASMACORNELIUSpsychedelic
you never know what to expect from cornelius. this album is really chewy and upbeat. while the lyrics might be gibberish or not too deep, the music and production are- which is basically the point of the album. it is crazy noise. each track is different, and while some may be annoying, you can come to appreciate them, and how they fit into the album. this i believe is the rerelease, so included are some bonus tracks. it is all good fun, just sit back and relax....

Song For Tales Of The AbyssMotoo FujiwaraMOTOO FUJIWARA
If you liked Tales of the Abyss, or if you like Motoo Fujiwara, you should buy this soundtrack. The packaging is beautiful, and the booklet is really well-made. The music is mostly the synthesizer music from Tales of the Abyss, with a vocal track and a few violin tracks. Also included is Karma, by BUMP OF CHICKEN, which is excellently transitioned into by one of the violin tracks. This is a good album, simply because of the great packaging and the nice music. If you do not know the Tales of the Abyss music, it is mostly based off the melody of Karma. Highly recommended to any fan of music.

Metal Gear Solid 20Th Anniversary Metal Gear Music CollectionGame MusicMetal Gear
If you like Metal Gear, you should get this soundtrack. The majority of the tracks are from Snake Eater, and there are none from Guns of the Patriots (Obviously 4 was not out yet). The title track is an orchestrated melody of songs from Metal Gear, Metal Gear 2, Metal Gear Solid (the Cavern theme and the alert theme, Encounter), Metal Gear Solid 2 (Tanker music), Metal Gear Solid 3 (the jungle themes and the Escape theme), and Gene's theme from Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops. "Yell" Dead Cell is remixed and it is better than the original, or so I think. Track 5 is three instrumental songs from Sons of Liberty, made into an orchestra suite. The Main Theme is from Snake Eater, but does not include the famous Metal Gear Solid motif. Instead, it transitions into The World Needs Only One Big Boss. Zanzibar Breeze is like a rock arrangement of the song from Metal Gear 2, and all the vocal songs except the ending themes from Snake Eater are present as well. Calling to the Night on piano as the bonus track is beautiful, too.

SensuousCorneliusKewl
I bought this album without really ever hearing Cornelius' music. I was very pleasantly surprised. Full of warm tones and clings and clangs, beeps and clicks et cetera... some say it is not his best work, but I enjoy this album very much. If you like experimental and electronic music, I suggest this album.

SOLOMONIC POLAR BEARNINE MILEScool
well i bought this cd because i like the pillows and i thought i would support manabe. i knew it was reggae, and a solo project, but it is pretty much better than i thought. it has these fun synth lines kind of sounding like the old disney christmas albums, which honestly i do not mind. so i recommend this album if you like reggae.

Fu wo tataeru utaMuccsweet
daikirai is the best song by mucc in my opinion. the b-sides are cool too, i like the second track, "the day my friend kare died" or whatever. it's like jazz. essential part of a mucc collection.

the Fourth Avenue CafeL'Arc-en-Cieldifferent
actually, the Fourth Avenue Cafe version on this cd is different from the one on True... but i bought this single because it has D'Ark~en~Ciel. which is a really cool song, totally different from their other stuff. haha, it even has a red parental advisory label on the inside sleeve, well, it is explicit.

Extra TextureGEORGE HARRISONexcellent
i fell in love with this album around 20 seconds into "You". it is really great and has another classic blues song by george. essential for george fans, decent for beatles / beatles solo collectors.

LITTLE BUSTERSthe pillowswow.
wow. wow as in better than i expected. really cool booklet and amazing music. it is a good listen and has a solid flow to it. i do not recommend putting this CD on shuffle, it is great the way it is. it even has a hidden track after 'LITTLE BUSTERS'! of course it has the classics, another morning, ONE LIFE, hybrid rainbow, Blues Drive Monster, like a love song, patricia etc. heck they are all good. and I do recommend that you buy from here, they have excellent service.

rayL'Arc-en-Cielrockin
great rock album, a classic (along with ark) japanese record. even though the music is awesome, i was kind of disappointed when i found that it was NOT the limited edition i ordered. because that is what the picture is of and it says "First edition has a special package." whatever, it is still cool, it's not like the package is boring or anything. i think between ark and ray, ray is a better rock album, while ark leans more towards pop.

Kingdom Hearts II - Original SoundtrackGame Musicgood!
it is always cool to hear the soundtrack to your favorite games (or movies etc.) and say "hey, i remember that song!". that is what it is like with this soundtrack for me, because playing the game even just a little bit will get these cool tunes stuck in your head. then of course there are the disney songs which aren't bad. and i honestly like passion better than sanctuary, so it's good.

Worst Of MUCCMUCCcool!
this is a solid collection. the only thing i have to say is that i am a little confused at why they did not include the song dai kirai... oh well, i have the single anyway. besides that, it is really cool. only had a few songs, zetsubou, tsubasa wo kudasai, suimin and jirenma. zetsubou is much higher quality (as i am sure the rest are, but i would not know) and the other 3 are cool alternate versions. so i totally got my money's worth! great buy.

supernova / karma [Regular Edition]BUMP OF CHICKENsweet
supernova is a good mellow rock song and karma is an awesome song. BUMP OF CHICKEN have real talent. I really suggest this single, and like all of their singles, there is an extra...
