Food Girls
The game lets you choose the language - English, Japanese, Chinese.
The names of some girls are different depending on the language you chose, probably because the game was made by Taiwanese company and both English and Japanese are translations.
Main three characters have part of their dialogues voiced (the voice language is Japanese for both Japanese and English language settings), others don't have voicing at all.
Keep in mind it's considered an indie game.
The game isn't pure VN - the plot is that you are a consultant who has to save the food district within 3 in-game months. You have to pass evaluation every month, pay rent every week... you get action points every day and you have to use them wisely - you can gain information, chat with 3 main girls (it's an action which increases their affection, which lets you view their affection events), raise their shop popularity or food quality (which sometimes results in being able to view an short event, shorter than an affection event). You can also buy or receive items with various effects, which you can equip a shop with (up to 3 items/shop but at first it's 1 item/shop). At the end of the in-game day you get summary of each shop's earnings and you get the in-game currency accordingly. There are some random events occurring before that, increasing or decreasing the number of the customers that day, the events where you have to make a choice which affects your reputation as a consultant (which also has an impact on the game) and more. There are story events that happen regardless of what you do and ones that have specific conditions or different outcomes depending on what you do.
I'm glad I bought it as overall for me it was really enjoyable, but whether or not it'll be for you, it depends.
I finished it in a week (getting all illustrations, achievements and endings) and I'm the type of person that really takes their time playing.
If you need the story to be realistic or full of romance - this game isn't for you.
There's a lot of comedy, it might be your kind of funny, it might not.
There are also some more serious moments and even moments which might make you think.
The characters are moving, if that's not your thing, there seems to be no way of turning it off.
