Review by Bathory

just one of many excellent albums by this historic Rock & Roll band. every song is great, excellent solos, vocals, remastering is great but a wee bot much on the highs, but overall great product!!!!! buy me!!

from start to finish, not one bad song, every song flows from one to the other flawlessely, guitar work is wicked, vocals bitchin!!!! this is one of their best from the 80's! buy this, you WONT be disappointed

What can I say about Napalm Death that already hasn't been said, these guys know how to jam, and properly, this album is amazing, an all out riff-fest, blastbeats like you want them. from the opening track to the last, the album seamingly runs together like a razorblade puzzle, every song in its order is just wicked, these guys know how to track a cd, the production is top notch, Barney is in fine form as always, Mitch, Shane & Dan have possible the best rhythm section in the history of music, so fast, so tightly weaved, sheer razor sharp barbs pummeling your ears. A little bit of experimental happening on this album, but still not off the beaten path of Napalm Death sound! this cd is recommended to any metal-head!!!

This cd is just awesome. Granted it is not 1986 anymore, and that sound is officially gone(almost) This cd is very good, from the opening song to the last, the songwriting is actually memorable and addicting! I have listened to this many times now, and like Peace Sells, this will remain in my rotation for quite some time. Megadeth have ressurected themselves with this release!! COngrats! RECCOMENDED LISTENING!

This is a live cd!!! ALl the songs are written well, all performers are just jamming to the hilt. If you have never heard this, I reccomend this as a iconic album!! ALong with Gary Moore's We want Moore, Tokyo Tapes is one of the greatest live albums to date,..HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!

I will first say the soings and songwriting is what you would expect from Malmsteen, nothing really new, just more of the same. Guitar solos and a abundance and great as always, and Tim Ripper Owens is awesome on this cd!!! BUT......WHY DOES YNGWIE INSIST ON PRODUCING HIS OWN CDS, HE IS NOT A PRODUCER, HE IS A HORRIBLE PRODUCER, he makes his own instrument outstand everything else, the drums are muffled, vocals are lost and muffled, ,..thje drums sound like there in a garbage can. I dont know why yngwie chooses to produce, just spend some of that millions and hire a producer and finally get a good review on your albums. Where are the bonus material, no bonus track, no nothing, pin, button,...... actually this cd is missing a track VS. the European and American versions, this is odd. all in all the cd is good, the SHCD version is a upgrae from the regular cd version, more clarity in the mix!!!!

This cd is awesome frmo start to finish, not much filler here, Cronos hopefully will follow this up with another thrashterpiece, as the previous cd was a major disappointment in songwriting and production. BUt this is just awesome metal st its finest. Great bonus songs as well on this release! The shm cd format is a very nice clean and hard hitting sound compared to the reghukar usa version. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!

Many people like me have been waiting for a official release of ALL these old Hellhammer demos' NOW they are finally released in a superb Japanese package!! These songs sound much better than the numerous bootlegs over the years!! I highly reccomend thois package to any metal head worldwide!!!!!!! Hail Hellhammer!!

not as good as the early rock/NWOBHM stuff, but an ok listen! Def leppard needed Steve Clark to be healthy, its a shame he passed, he was the more rock/metal guy in the band. after he passed they went on a downward spiral which they will never recover, as they are now pop and like the money. no more quality music, just mediocre pop.

much better than the later stuff, as this has a bit of the hard edge stuff from the early years in some form or another. mostly still pop though, the metal has been breeded out of this band by the many years of brainwashing by producers and such. there in it now for the cash and not the rock n roll music, its a shame, as the early stuff was FANTASTIC!!

great rock n roll!!! a couple bands have saved rock n roll lately, and t his is definately one of them. good guitar solos and just all around good song writing. Yet another fine band from the U.K. and another fine transaction from the fine people at cdjapan.com!! Thanks again Cheers

not that good,.....opening song is good, maybe 2 songs are good, the cd sounds like filler. I hate to say ths as ai am a huge Moore fan, since a child!! but this is a disappointment, songs sound rushed and production is bad as well,..not up to par Gary, maybe next time,...put a little rock N roll in the mix!!!! overall worth a listen, or for the completist like me.

great comeback cd from Frost, if your expecting Tales all over again,...not for you, it is 2007 and the sound is great I think, I am an oldschool metalhead, been listening to metal sinceearly 80's til now, this is a great comeback album. If your a frost fan, you will like this, a bit slower and more dirge and doominess, but still one helluva a album!!!! HAIL THE FROST!!

not as good as the first 3 albums, and much better than cold fake, still celtic frost though!! classic sound and a classic timeless band!!!!!!!

great comeback album!!! fast, killer riffs, tight sound, like they never lost a step!! Keep the metal real brothers!!

ONE OF THE BEST RELEASES BY OLE NAPALM, BARNEY,MITCH,SHANE,DANNY REALLY KNOW HOW TO DAMAGE THE EARS, I RECCOMEND THIS TO ANY METAL HEAD WHO KNOWS GOOD METAL!!!! BUY THIS CD NOW!

if you dont buy this cd, your missing one helluva ride of real rock and roll at its finest!!! drug store cowboy is worth the price of admission all on its own!! BUY THIS!! NOWWWW

the time was 1983 ish this album came out with thnderous drums and guitar mastery from a steamin clark. in the time of synthasisers and the usual 80's be bob sound this album crushed all in its wake, it is a shame def leppard have opted for a more pop music sound and left the rockin to everyone else!!!! as these guys' first few albums were great musically and lyrically!! buy this if you like N.W.O.B.H.M.

good cd by Yngwie, your average songwriting with a little heavier riffs than usual, vocals are usual for Yngwie style, a little bit on the annoying side though, this singer is not the best, sounds like he should have sung for firehouse or something. all in all this cd is good, guitar is tight and fast, shredding is standard, good overall sound !!

great cd! from the start to the finish, this cd shreds, better than his previous. many great songs here, song writing is typical Yngwie style, with the usual vocal style, but the songs are written very well! and the solos' are a plenty!! buy it!! buy it!!!
