It's a really good tutorial on Shimeko's amazing art technique, very detailed process of making illustrations and a lot of tips from the artist. You'll get even more from the book if you can read Japanese but I find it helpful even without knowing the language. Some knowledge of Photoshop needed to understand the artist's process. 2 chapters are about making the cover art, from sketch to lineart to coloring, and 2 more devoted to other arts. Size 18.5 x 24 cm, 208 pages, high quality print. The book is all about making so it's of interest to digital artists but don't expect many finished pictures here, it's not that kind of artbook. I'm very happy I got it so 5 stars from me and I ordered another one from the series.
