The outro theme song is sung by nonoc, who also sang the outro theme song "Believe in you" for the second half of the 2nd season of the TV anime "Re:Zero kara Hajimete Isekai Seikatsu". This is the 5th single from the series, and DECO*27 is the sound producer for the title song "Change". The coupling includes the new song "Hisui" which nonoc participated from choosing the song concept.
