The long awaited new album by Shintaro Sakamoto is released from zelone records. In the new work "Yahho", his first in about three and a half years, he develops a diverse sound incorporating blues mood kayou 60s soul surf instrumentals and funk while reflecting live experiences overseas in recent years. Furthermore, the lyrics captured from his unique perspective are truly one of a kind. The album consists of ten new tracks including the October digital single "Ojiisan e" and the November digital single "Anata no Basho wa Arimasu ka". As with the previous work, the recording centers on the members of the Shintaro Sakamoto band with drums by Yuta Suganuma, bass and chorus by AYA, and sax and flute by Toru Nishiuchi.
