Celebrating the 30th anniversary of "Fighting Vipers," first launched in arcades by SEGA in 1995, this commemorative 2-CD album supervised by Director Hiroshi Kataoka (SEGA Executive Officer, Head of Technology Division) delivers a new legendary prelude! Featuring the arcade version (released November 1995) on DISC 1 with 17 tracks and the SEGA Saturn version (released August 1996) on DISC 2 with 18 tracks, totaling 37 official sound tracks. The SEGA Sound Team members, including Fumio Ito as sound producer and Takenobu Mitsuyoshi as sound director, contributed to the production. Two newly arranged highlight tracks by Koichi Namiki (former leader of S.S.T. BAND / B-univ) are included as special bonus tracks: "Fighting Vipers Prelude -Mickey Ver. 2025-" opening the first disc, and "Viper Venom If it is Long -Mickey Arr Ver. 2025-" closing the second disc. The booklet features behind-the-scenes stories of the game's creation by Hiroshi Kataoka and commentary by Koichi Namiki about his collaboration with composer David Leytze and the arrangement process.
