Much better effort than Yuunagi Loop 4

This is a much better effort than Yuunagi Loop is. The instrumentals and melody are infinitely more interesting than most of the song that appeared on the album. Since parting with Yoko Kanno, Maaya has caused me much worry on where her music will go, but I think it'll be in safe hands.

        Nice Single!! 4

Another nice song of Sakamoto Maaya written by herself. This song is perfect to be the Ending song of the second season of Tsubasa Chronicle, but is not her best single. If u are a fan then u must have this! Because in the first press edition u get a Sakamoto Maaya poster!! I hope Maaya and Yoko release new songs together again!!

        Kazemachi Jet / Spica 4

A energetic single by Maaya, it lacks the depth of singles like Hemispere and Gravity, but has lots of energy, fittingly it reminds me of her Platina single. My intial impression was a little ambivalent but both songs have grown on me. As usual Maaya sounds beautiful, especially in Spica. The arrangement of Kazemachi jet is perhaps a little too busy but that is all the critique that comes to mind. I think many fans of Maaya are perhaps missing Kanno's input but although I would like to see a Maaya/Kanno collaboration soon, these past releases have been a good opportunity for Maaya to stretch out on her own, there has been a stronger impression of Maaya's personality recently. Overall these songs sound great, a bit of Apop to brighten up your day.
