The debut album of Gifu Gifted trio, a free jazz piano trio with an ambient electro side, formed by up-and-coming drummer Masatsugu Hattori. The 1st album of a piano trio formed by drummer Masatsugu Hattori, who has performed with various artists. Welcoming Nana Omori on piano, active in groups such as Akira Sakata SOS, and Masashi Kato on bass, based mainly in Nagoya, they have been active since around 2022. The sound is finished covering free jazz and ambient electro. Centered on songs born in recording sessions, it contains seven songs in total, such as the story-driven "under the ice" and "the lake uprising," the beautiful ballad "As the day fades," and the ambient electro "that day," in which Nana Omori's piano resonates freshly over a vibraphone riff and Masashi Kato's bass drone.
