this was one of the ultimate records to ever come out of the 1960s as this was released in 1967, weather it was blues rock, hard rock, heavy metal, guitar rock, acid rock all genres owe a tip to CREAM as this was a total masterpiece, this beautiful japan edition is loaded with bonus tracks and alt versions of some of creams best tracks, honestly i LOVE all 3 records cream made way back then as well as there swansong live album GOODBYE CREAM, anyway these 2 discs sound amazing!! as for the original japan obi replication i cant say for sure becouse i was never lucky enough to see an original japan copy of this record in front of me with the original obi. anyway i got an shm remastered release of this from around 2008 but this one is indeed nicer!!!!! also the production was done by the late FELIX PAPPALARDI who would return to new york from london uk sometime in 1968 and form MOUNTAIN w/ leslie west, another killer hard rock power trio......
