"Evolution" is in many ways a variation on producer-director Ivan Reitman's own "Ghostbusters" series. A group of scientists + a fireman-wanna-be battle the alien menace hatched by a meteor that evolves at a warped rate. Among the quartet of stars (David Duchovny, Julianne Moore, Orlando Jones, and Seann William Scott), Jones definitely steals the show with the film's funniest lines ("There's always time for lubricant!").
