Kaedeによる9か月ぶりとなる新作は、架空の映画『Youth』のサウンドトラックというコンセプトアルバム。プロデュースにKaedeのライブサポートとしてもお馴染みの佐藤優介を迎え、ムーンライダーズの鈴木慶一作詞による「生きる爆弾」含む4曲のKaede歌唱曲の他に、インストや台詞、朗読を含む計10曲(約30分)を収録。ジャケットイラストは中田いくみ、アーティスト写真は山川哲也が撮影。 初回限定盤のBlu-rayには、2021年3月21日に無料生配信及び有観客で行われた＜Kaede Acoustic Live 2021 霞の楓 at りゅーとぴあ＞の様子を収録。約1年ぶりとなった有観客での感動的なライブを再編集しパッケージ化しており、全18曲2時間弱に及ぶ濃厚な内容となっている。
