恋の翼でバカンス旅行! 魅惑の国際ロマンチック・コメディー! ――ハワイのホノルル飛行場に颯爽と降り立ったのは岡本真珠商会の長男雄一 (宝田明)。迎えた留学中の弟次郎 (加山雄三) より雄一の初恋の人桜井美代子 (草笛光子) が戦争花嫁としてこの地にいることを聞く。バーで働く美代子と再会した雄一は素振りも見せない美代子の複雑な気持ちを知る。次郎が推薦したクラスメイトの呉愛玲 (尤敏) がミス・ハワイに選ばれる。賞品である東京・香港旅行を得た愛玲に、養父母は彼女の婚約者が香港の地にいることを告げる。愛玲の東京見物をかってでた雄一は愛玲と一緒に帰国の途についた。何かと面倒をみていくうち、雄一の心は次第に愛玲に傾いていったが、勝手気侭に出歩いて迷子になってしまった愛玲をぶん殴ることによって愛を告白する始末であった。果たして二人の恋の行方は?
