故トマス・ディンガー (ex.ノイ!、ラ・デュッセルドルフ)を中心に、旧友のニルス・クリスチャンセン、シュテファン・ドムニッシュ、ディアク・フラーダーらによって80年代半ばに結成された1-Aデュッセルドルフ。トマスを中心に1999年のアルバム・デビューから4枚のアルバムが発表されたが、2002年にトマスの他界後も活動が継続され、2003年には残されたメンバーで『ピラミッドブラウ』がリリースされた。それ以来、沈黙を保っていた彼らであったが、13年後の2016年に突如リリースされた6枚目のアルバムが本作である。ヴィクトリア・ヴェアマイスター (ラ! ノイ?)、バンド結成に大きく貢献したと言われているダモ鈴木 (ex. カン)らがゲスト参加したデュッセルドルフ～ケルンの新たなクラウトロックの命脈の記録。
