After releasing a ballad as her 5th single, Hitomi returns again with an awesome, JUDY AND MARY influenced rock song, overflowing with energy and wonderful vocals from Hitomi. "CANDY LINE" sounds very different from what Hitomi has done in the past, while still maintaining the greatness that all of Hitomi's rock singles have displayed in the past. Likewise, "Kanjiru Mama" is a slower punk rock song that has excellent production, along with wonderful vocals by Hitomi herself. Overall, "CANDY LINE" has got to be the best single that Hitomi has released since her debut, and is a must have for any casual or rabid Takahashi fan!
