Formed in Bournemouth, the United Kingdom, in 1990 by Gregory Spawton and Andy Poole. They debuted in 1994 with the album "Goodbye To The Age Of Steam". While influenced by progressive rock legends such as Genesis and Yes, they also incorporated the essence of post-punk and Brit-rock of the 1980s, establishing a sound color full of originality. They have released a series of concept albums with story elements and have received high acclaim. In November 2021, vocalist David Longdon passed away suddenly. The band welcomed former PFM member Alberto Bravin as the new lead vocalist, renewing the lineup to seven members. In 2023, they released "The Likes Of Us". This work is the 17th original album, coming about 1 year and 11 months after the previous work. It is a concept album based on an original allegory that tells the life of a printmaker. It features a dense sound that conveys the royal road of progressive rock and is very satisfying to listen to.
