約7年ぶりにリリースする今回のアルバムは、Nintendo Switch「天獄ストラグル -strayside-」のオープニングテーマ「僕は僕を征く」や、同作品のハッピーエンドの時に流れる「きれいだ」、そしてバッドエンドの時に流れる「希望的観測理論」とOPEDを全て網羅した全7曲を収録。ゲーム楽曲以外には、、アルバムのために書き下ろした新曲「君の好きなものが嫌いだ」や、楽曲提供した3曲をリアレンジでセルフカバー。アイドルに楽曲提供をした「青より青く」「僕は君を信じてる」はバンドサウンドに変化させることによって、少年Tらしく爽やかでカッコいいサウンドに、そして、舞台SEPTの劇中で、自ら「悠真」役で楽曲を披露した「Reunion」は、バンドサウンドにさらに厚みを持たせ強固なものにリアレンジしている。そんな、7年間の想いがギュッと詰まった今の少年Tのすべてを"Y" (YOU)に捧げる1枚となっている。
