This cult horror film is one of the best Zombie flicks of the 70's. Needless to say it was influenced by George A. Romero's classic, "Night of the Living Dead (1968)," but in turn preceded Romero's own "Dawn of the Dead" (which is considered by many as his best, including this writer) by four years, and the hilarious "The Return of the Living Dead" (which also shares a similar premise with this film) by a decade. Filmed in England with a cast comprised mostly of British actors, it was directed by Spaniard Jorge Grau, and co-produced by Spanish and Italian studios. Special features include: isolated music (soundtrack) score.
