It's a new anime show "Chicchana Yukitsukai Sugar" starring the characters created by popular illustrator Kogedonbo (Di Gi Charat). Directed by Shinichiro kimura of "Hand Maid May" fame. Comes with a booklet and a character card. Also available on VHS.
