Hello i love dreamcatcher But if i'm being honest this is the worst experience i have ever had with online shopping. Today its been 2 months since i ordered the item. It never arrived and cdjapan can't confirm if my item got shipped or not...after sending several email i had no reply. I'm pretty sure the package never left japan because of COVID-19, yet the staff can't admit it to me. I made my account in 2016 and i have decided, after losing my money like this i will never order from CDjapan ever again. Don't trust too much on this website. If this review gets blacklisted i'll take action via other social networks.
