I was actually contemplating the C020 and read online somewhere that people weren't too impressed with it. So I opted for this C019 instead, it having a round top instead of a flat top as in the C020. So glad I went for it! This is an excellent brush to dust on highlighter, especially for the eye area, as it offers excellent shimmer control. I've also used it for pigmented powder brush and it offers excellent color control there as well. The description say it's a multi-tasker brush and that it can be used for liquids also. However, I would have to disagree - this brush is too sparse and too soft for any liquids, but otherwise it's marvelous!
