Naniwa Danshi's 10th single, "HARD WORK", serves as the theme song for the drama "Yokohama Neighbors Season 1", starring member Ryusei Onishi. As the group enters their 5th anniversary year since debut, the song is finished as a track that allows listeners to feel the growth of Naniwa Danshi. In addition, the single also includes "Never Romantic", which was released last year as a digital single and served as the miracle theme song for the movie "Romantic Killer".

Type 1 includes bonus video content featuring the "HARD WORK" Music Video and its Making-of footage. The CD includes the new coupling track "Kimi Tohiko".
