Features a concert of the tour "on eST" held by SixTONES at Yokohama Arena in June 2021. This live performance was held under the restriction that all visitors must wear masks and no cheering was allowed.

Limited Edition includes visual commentary with the members, music videos each for "Uyamuya," "Strawberry Breakfast & Lifetime (YouTube ver.)," "Lifetime (YouTube ver.)," and uncut version of "Strawberry Breakfast & Lifetime - Music Video Making -." Slipcase & digipak packaging with a 48-page photo book. / Regular Edition comes with an 8-page leaflet.

※本セット商品は、[Blu-ray 初回盤] (SEXJ-5)、[Blu-ray 通常盤] (SEXJ-7)の2タイプをまとめたセット販売商品になります。 2021年1月のファーストアルバム『1ST』のリリースと共に始まった、SixTONESの全国アリーナツアー＜on eST (オン エスト)＞。そのツアーの中から、6月に行われた横浜アリーナ公演が待望の映像化。会場ごとに動員上限あり/来場者はマスク着用+歓声禁止、という制約がある中でのライブ。それでも、ファンの前に立てる喜びを噛み締めつつ、自分たちにできる「最大限=est」を届けるパフォーマンスで魅せたSixTONES。歓声の代わりにペンライトを振り、コール&レスポンスの代わりに手拍子を届けてくれるファン。お互いの心が通じ合い、まるで"声が見える"ようなライブ。その空気感と熱量までもが画面越しに伝わるような、まさに「最上級」の映像作品が完成。 初回盤には特典映像として、ライブ映像をメンバー6人で鑑賞しながら、感想や思い出、裏話等をトークする「ビジュアルコメンタリー」を収録。そして、ライブ会場でしかフル尺で観る事ができなかった、アルバム収録曲「うやむや」のミュージックビデオを "完全収録"。さらに、ライブでも人気が高く、いずれも1カメ撮影で制作され大きな話題となった「Strawberry Breakfast」「Lifetime」の2曲のミュージックビデオ(YouTube ver.)が待望の商品化。それに伴い、YouTubeではほんの一部しか公開されていない「Strawberry Breakfast & Lifetime -Music Video Making-」を、未公開も含めた"完全版"として収録。 三方背、デジパック仕様。48Pフォトブック付。 通常盤の特典映像には、今回のツアーの裏側をドキュメンタリーとしてパッケージ化。事前リハーサルから急遽の無観客配信ライブ、そして有観客ライブの再開、横浜アリーナでのシングル「マスカラ」の発表、ツアーファイナルでの初披露まで、このツアーに向かい合うSixTONESの"ありのまま"を収録。 8Pリーフレット付。
