[Machine Translation] Rick and his friends head to Elfonia, the land of the elves, in search of the remaining six jewels. It is an uncomfortable place for Rick, where elves who are good at magic despise those with low magic power. He decides to compete in the "Magic Boat Race," a sport unique to Elfonia, for the right to possess the Six Jewels, but boats powered by magic power are his least favorite. Midget gets in a bad mood and develops Rick's own boat that can move without using magic power. This time, Rick is a strong man, and he is also a strong man on the water!
