This product is an acrylic protector to protect the paper label in the center of a record disc from water when the disc is washed in water.

Washing in water with this product is especially effective for heavily soiled vinyl discs.

A replacement rubber packing and rubber sheet are included in case the rubber packing part deteriorates after long-term use. To use this product, sandwich it between both sides of the record disc so that it covers the record label, and tighten it with screws to protect the label of the record disc from water. To prevent water immersion, a rubber packing is attached to the circumference of the protector and a rubber sheet to the area around the screw holes, which prevents damage to the label due to water immersion while firmly securing the protector in place.
