KOTOKO is my favorite singer ever, and as a huge fan of her, I told myself that I had to buy at least the albums she has produced with Geneon. I didn't really like "Glass no Kaze" (Re-Sublimity saved it from "I didn't like") and hoped that UZU-MAKI would be better. I bought it anyway, and paid a little bit more to have the special edition. Now, to tell the truth, I still haven't listened to all of it. I couldn't tell you why. It didn't appeal me that much, the songs are not songs that I was expecting from KOTOKO. Of course, "being" is an amazing song, but beside this one, the others are simply... correct. Now, about the DVD. First, I didn't like the song chosen for the PV at all. I don't know why, but it gets on my nerves. The PV isn't that bad though, and I enjoyed the making of. But beside that, I do not think it is worth it. The lyric booklet is simply ugly, printed on cheap paper and there are no photos of the singer. (compared to "Hane" and "Glass no Kaze") So, in my opinion, UZU-MAKI isn't better than "Hane", but better than "Glass no Kaze". If you are a KOTOKO fan, I can recommand it, otherwise, well... this album is not a must.

KOTOKO
Good work for the album, KOTOKO composes rather well and the introduction followed by UZUMAKI plunges well in the environment of I' ve. Thank you with Kazuya Takase and C.G. Mix
Wonderful album, I think is one of the best from Kotoko, the promotional video on the DVD is good, but not as I was expecting it, lets face it, Kotoko is not good doing video clips, the package is really beautiful with high quality pictures as in the slip case that comes with it, (all those small details that the Japanese craft to the best), I can recommend this CD for any fan or new to Kotoko, you just ca not regret it, buy it!!!
This is her best album yet. Her first two cds were good, but this cd is great. If you like Kotoko, then buy this album. The only downside is that the DVD is Region 2.
