This 1991 movie was based on the juvenile sci-fi adventure novel by enormously popular author Hideyuki Kikuchi. One day, the memory of the entire human race has been wiped out when a wind sweeps all over the world. In that chaotic world, a young man's memory/knoeledge is restored by a survivor at a government research facility and he embarks on a journey to bring his knowledge to people, and to search for an answer to the mystery.
