Released in 1989, this is the fourth original album. Composed mainly of pleasant songs whose lyrics center on the concept of "the midsummer city" set to light, medium-up melodies, it features, among others, the album version of the hit "Boogie-Woogie Lonesome High-Heel." Miki Imai sings, drifting comfortably over superb tracks crafted by top musicians led by arrangers Jun Sato and Satoshi Takebe. One perfected form of 80s J-pop is packed in here. Remastered in 2025 from the original analog master tapes.
