2020年12月31日、中野サンプラザで行われた＜Hello! Project Year-End Party 2020 ～GOOD BYE & HELLO! ～＞の模様を収録。毎年大晦日の恒例イベントとしてハロプロ所属メンバーによるカウントダウンライブが行われてきたが、今回の公演はカウントダウンライブなしの3部構成で行われた。Hello! Projectメンバーが各回ごとに歌唱曲を変えてパフォーマンス! 第1部には高山厳、田中れいな、Bitter&Sweet、第2部には堀内孝雄、PINK CRES.、鈴木愛理、第3部には中島卓偉、松原健之、高橋愛、そして12月10日にJuice=Juiceを卒業した宮本佳林がゲスト出演。MCは上々軍団と宮崎由加が務める。
