A new journey in the A Plague Tale universe begins. The time goes back 15 years before A Plague Tale: Requiem. As the young plunderer Sophia, you must unravel your own past while fleeing from enemies. Witness the world of A Plague Tale depicted from a new perspective, where combat, mythology, and fate intertwine. The setting of the story is the island of the Minotaur. Face life-threatening trials, traverse dangerous paths, and solve puzzles and mysteries. Fight the enemies that pursue you and always stay one step ahead. But a true trial awaits. Terrifying monsters hiding in the shadows of mythology will soon resonate with Sophia. As you advance deep into the island, you will come face to face with the truth of a curse that has long been buried. Pursued by many enemies after the mysterious treasure said to sleep on the island, cut your way through a labyrinth where death is ever near. With your agility, your deceiving techniques, and your sharp reflexes, outwit the powerful foes that close in one after another, master the parry, and unleash powerful strikes. Echoes of the past take Sophia, past her prime, back and forth between the present and the ancient Minoan era, weaving the current battle. Through the twisted destiny of two people connected by fate and a mysterious past, turn the pages of a new story of A Plague Tale. Relying on the knowledge written in your notebook, trace the footsteps of people, explore a meticulously crafted world, unravel secrets, and face life-threatening trials. Using the stolen Minoan sphere, manipulate the light of power that Daedalus wove into the heart of the island to solve puzzles. The island that serves as the stage is said to be a place from which almost no one has returned. Something breathtaking stirs in the shadows. As if it knows Sophia's every move, it will chase you to every corner of the island. Every step is always accompanied by danger. Once you stop, your life may end there. Do not stop. Hide. Outwit your enemies, and push forward. Whether you advance safely and survive the many trials, or become an adventurer who never returns, is up to you.
