Third volume in the "Re Cutey Honey" anime trilogy by Hideaki Anno of "Neon Genesis Evangelion" fame. The series is a spin-off from the theatrical "Cutey Honey" movie starring Eriko Sato, and directed by Anno himself. Pantherclaw is after Cutey Honey, and the city is wrecked.
