大人気シリーズ『キカイダー』単巻で発売!! DVD第4巻(最終巻)。光明寺博士はプロフェッサーギル率いる悪の秘密結社「ダーク」に軟禁され、娘のミツ子とともに戦闘用アンドロイドの研究を強いられていた。光明寺博士はダークに対向する手段として、善悪が判断できる「良心回路」を取り付けた人造人間ジローを密かに造っていたのだった。しかし、良心回路は不完全なまま、その研究はギルに知れ、研究室は襲撃を受ける。炎上する研究室から光明寺博士はジローにミツ子を託し消息を断つ。一方、ジローはギルの悪魔の笛に抵抗し、苦しみながらもキカイダーに変身し、ダークのアンドロイドにいどむのだった。昭和47年7月～昭和48年5月 NET(現テレビ朝日)系列にて放送。第32話から第43話までを収録した2枚組。ニュープリント・コンポーネントマスター、ピクチャーレーベル仕様。
