In 2025, Kiyoshi Hikawa fully resumed a concert tour. Starting from May eight at Westa Kawagoe, a total of 27 performances were held at 13 venues. A final performance of the 2025 tour held on November 24 at Osaka Festival Hall is completely recorded and released as a package on DVD and CD. The tour features a setlist mixing enka and pop music, including single songs "Party of Monsters" and "Shiro Suiren", as well as "Kiyoshi no Zundoko Bushi" and "Shirogumo no Shiro", making it a highly satisfying performance.
