This cover protects the left and right Joy-Cons from scratches and dirt, while the TPU (resilient plastic) material makes it easy to put on and take off. The Joy-Con can be detached from the NintendoSwitch main unit and the NintendoSwitch dock can be used while the cover is still attached to the Joy-Con.
