Update Feb. 28, 2022: Airmail No Longer Acceptable for Suspended Countries

Until now, we have continued to accept Airmail orders even if the shipping method was suspended for your country. However unfortunately, as we do not have any estimation on when the suspension may be lifted, we therefore have no choice but to stop accepting new orders for both Registered and Non-Registered Airmail.

We apologize for the inconveniences and truly wish for the suspension to be lifted as early as possible. We will start accepting Airmail for your country once we receive confirmation from Japan Post that Airmail can be resumed.

Update May 31, 2021 (1/2): Resumption of EMS Service to the U.S.

Japan Post announced that they will resume shipping with EMS for the U.S.from June 1, 2021.

Following this update, Japan Post will introduce additional fees for EMS addressed to the U.S. effective of June 1 due to rising transportation costs.

These additional shipping fees will take effect in CDJapan's shipping fees as well.

Note that a large increase in EMS items are expected immediately upon resuming its service and delivery may be subject to delays for the time being.

As the number of flights to North America has been heavily reduced, packages by EMS and Airmail are estimated to wait for more than two weeks to find a flight to carry the package . Therefore, there should be a considerable amount of delay in North America.
