As per May 28th, CDJapan has completed its warehouse relocation, we had hoped this to a smooth transition, which in the long term would benefit our users by providing an improved shipping service. However, unfortunately, as of today (June 11th), a number of orders have been affected.
Proxy Shopping orders have also been delayed due to the move.
We are currently working tirelessly to resolve the issues, and hope to smooth out the shipping of orders in the next few weeks, during which time the Proxy Shopping service is going to be temporarily out of order (this includes making proxy requests and the purchasing of already listed proxy items).
For Proxy Shopping orders already in progress, we will prioritize on processing the orders for shipping as soon as possible.
