"Amigos SA-CD Multi Hybrid Edition [Limited Edition]" by Santana

Description

Santana's 1976 album "Amigos" is presented as a limited Japan-exclusive SA-CD Multi Hybrid Edition for the album's 50th anniversary. The SACD multi-channel layer uses the original quadraphonic 4ch mix master newly mastered in DSD at Sony Music Studios Tokyo.

The release also includes an SACD stereo layer newly mastered from the original 2ch mix master, while the CD layer uses a new mastering converted from the SACD stereo master to PCM. The package reproduces the US quadraphonic LP artwork in a 7-inch cardboard sleeve.

Included extras are replica Japanese single jackets for "Europa (Earth's Cry Heaven's Smile)" (three types), replica overseas ad mini posters (two types), a replica original Japanese LP obi, a replica Japanese LP lyric and liner sheet, 1976 and 2006 revised liner notes, and a booklet with new commentary.
