映画『スーパーヒーロー大戦GP 仮面ライダー3号』の公開を記念したスペシャル番組。ニンニンジャーとドライブの夢の共演!! ――街でロイミュードがどんよりを起こして人々を襲った! 現場に急行したドライブだったが、そこにいたのはカラフルなロイミュードで、しかも5人組な上、自分たちのことを「忍者」だと名乗っている。明らかに言動が不審な赤い忍者を緊急逮捕した進ノ介は、取り調べを行う。だが赤い忍者の言っていることは支離滅裂で、まったくいう事を聞かないため逆にペースを奪われてしまう。ベルトさんも、この世界には存在しえない忍者だという分析を下し、さらに謎は深まる。そんな時、街で再びどんよりが発生して―――。
