Kaze no Tani no Nausicaa(Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind) (1984)

A landmark science fiction & adventure film written and directed by Hayao Miyazaki, based on his own Manga. It's his first theatrical big hit, and the first theatrical film in which he incporporated his ecological and philosophical themes that has been running in most of his films since then.
