今作は20周年イヤーのラストを飾るのにふさわしい東京スカパラダイスオーケストラのパーティー感が1曲目からラストまで溢れ出すALBUMが完成! そして8年ぶりにタッグを組んだ奥田民生とのSINGLE「流星とバラード」を収録。さらにデビューALBUM『スカパラ登場』に収録され、2009年の秋冬ツアー"and PARADISE goes on…TOUR"でも久々に披露された、沖祐市 (キーボード)の口笛でメロディーを奏でるインストゥルメンタルの名曲「君と僕」を、新たにアレンジし直し、谷中敦 (バリトンサックス)が作詞を行い、古くから親交のある斉藤和義をヴォーカルに起用した新ヴァージョンを収録。オリジナル音源の美しさを今作で更にヴァージョンアップし歌がある事により更に楽曲の世界感が広がっている。そしてもちろん、スカパラのキラー・インストゥルメンタル楽曲も収録し、ここ近年で一番バラエティー豊かな仕上りに! 初回限定盤は「KinouKyouAshita」「流星とバラード」のMusic Clipと、オフショットを収録 (予定)したDVD付き。スリーブ仕様。
