乃木坂46×"最恐都市伝説"3部作 「震えが止まらない!!!」――澤本義男(28)は仲間の本田孝介(27)と川田友久(28)の三人で「杉沢村伝説」の真相を追う旅を撮影し、その動画をネット上で公開、コアなファンからの人気を集めていた。義男の妹・裕子(20)は兄がその旅から帰ってくる日に兄の恋人・齋藤亜紀(24)と家で待っていた。しかい、その夜帰って来たのは孝介ただ一人。彼はなぜか傷を負っていた。それが裕子には不自然に映った。彼は、裕子を杉沢村に行こうと誘う。義男もそこで待っているというのだ。何かがおかしい、との思いを否めない裕子。そんな時、アップされた新しい動画に映された不可解な映像を見た孝介が豹変。二人の目の前から姿を消してしまう。真相を突き止め、そして兄を連れ戻すため、裕子は亜紀と共に杉沢村を目指すが・・・。
