How to Adjust the Wristband

After you purchase your watch, you have an option to specify the wristband length as detailed below. Please note that we won't be able to process returns or exchange after an adjustment has been made.

We will send you an email within 1-2 days after receiving your order. If you prefer to specify the length, please write the wristband length that fits you and send a reply within 4 days. In case we do not receive your reply, we will proceed with your order without making any adjustment. To quicken the processing of your order, you may also specify the length or request to proceed without making any adjustment by sending a reply to the Order Confirmation emai to be sent to you right after you complete your order.

Measure your wrist circumference using a cloth tape measure by wrapping it around your wrist where you normally wear your watch. You may also use a piece of cloth or tape and wrap it around your wrist. Make sure it's snug and make a mark where it overlaps around your wrist. Then lay it flat and measure it using a measure or ruler. Provide us with the length you measure this way in centimeter (1 inch = 2.54 cm).
