Overall, I'm enjoying CDJapan's services and I'm increasingly confident in the quality of their products and delivery. However, I have a few observations that could potentially lead to opportunities for improvement, such as: 1 - For items purchased via the Proxy/Mercari system, it would be helpful if the customer could access a chat with the seller, or somehow exchange messages to better understand the condition of the item and request more photos. It's important to be certain of the product's quality, especially for high-value items; 2 - I believe CDJapan lacks an option for installment payments via credit card. I say this because I recently made a high-value purchase and intend to make another, but without the installment option, I can't buy more. In other words, customers stop buying because they are limited to a one-time credit card purchase. I leave my comments hoping to help from a consumer's point of view. Thank you.
