Shinobu Yaguchi's zero-to-hero(or in this case, musician) formula shines once again in Swing Girls. This film has plenty of humor, lovable characters, great music, and just enough story and character development to be great. It's not deep or provoking, but it's not supposed to be. This movie is about having a good time for 105 minutes. Highly recommended. (abbr.)

I have received "Waterboys" this week and just watched it yesterday. It's a fantastic, well-acted, super-clever comedy. I am impressed, and could watch it over and over again. The actors are splendid and it's one of those films that really makes you feel good. Some hilarious moments, great music, perfect! Could not recommend it highly enough! Those boys absolutely rock! A gem of a film!

Waterboys is a great comedy film about high school boys forming an all male syncronized swim team. It's as funny as it sounds but it's also a very upbeat and positive film that teaches a good message, you have to try you hardest at anything you do. I'd recomend this to anyone, no movie collection is complete without Waterboys.
