Caress Of Steel [Cardboard Sleeve (mini LP)] [SHM-CD] [Limited Release]

This album seems to be one of RUSH's least favourite albums of their older music. A song called , I THINK I'M GOING BALD , didn't help matters. This album came before 2112 , and it almost finished RUSH , as a band. Having written all of that , it does have it's great moments. bastille day , lakeside park [Canada] , the necromancer , and the epic , THE FOUNTAIN OF LAMNETH. This took me the most listens of any RUSH album to get into. It is not a masterpiece but it is really worth having any way. The cover's album art is printed on the CD itself , in full colour. So this SHM-CD looks fantastic like ALL of the other , RUSH SHM-CDs , do!!! As with ALL of the other RUSH SHM-CDs , the sound is stunning , unlike it's 1997 re-master. Again , this SHM-CD is clean and clear sounding with 0 harshness. There is a little more volume , but not too much. It is like if a modern MOFI had re-mastered these RUSH SHM-CDs. I feel very sorry for a few nay-sayers whom have judged these RUSH SHM-CDs with out even hearing 1 of them for themselves. They have no idea what they are missing! I will never have to buy these RUSH CDs again. SHM-CDs sound best on stereos with more than 2 speakers , on a great set of head phones and on a great car stereo. As with the LED ZEPPELIN SHM-CDs , RUSH SHM-CDs look and sound fantastic!

GREAT REISSUE OF THIS CLASSIC FROM 76 AND I LOVE THE REMASTERING AND HOW THE REPLICA IS AS THE ORIGINAL LP WAS FROM 33 YEARS AGO, THESE ARE REALLY NICE!!!!!!!!!! THEY SOUND BETTER THEN EVER ..............
