今作は、年末に行われる現在兵役中のソンジェを除く5人での最後のツアーに合わせて超新星が贈る企画アルバム。超新星が歌う珠玉のJ-POPカバーアルバム、女性編。J-POPの男性楽曲をカバーした-MALE-も同時発売。これまでライブのソロパートでさまざまな楽曲にトライしてきているが、商品化されたのは「愛唄」や「Get Wild」の2曲のみ。今回はメンバーそれぞれが選曲し、ヴォーカルをとるスタイルに挑戦。この6年で培った表現力と日本語力でカバーを仕上げていく。TBS韓国ドラマ「私の残念な彼氏」日本版主題歌、全員歌唱の新曲「My Life」を含む計6曲収録。
