well this is probably the 5th copy of tommy i now have on japan shm remastered cd, i added this again to my collection as the who are my favorite band, the original lp replication i feel is the original JAPAN 1969 release replication right down to the mini insert and obi strip, there was a booklet with the uk and us copies but not the japan edition so the press release on this should have stated REPLICATION OF THE ORIGINAL JAPAN 2LP SET, regardless this sounds awesome and i love it....

I recently bought the mini lp "Tommy" by Who.(SHM - CD edition) The page on the CD Japan site reads "faithfully replicates the first U.K. edition". Well... not exactly! If I remember correctly there was a booklet with pictures/drawings about the story of the young blind deaf boy.The booklet was glued to the inner side of the 3 sided cover. The item I got has no such thing,which puzzles me... Did I get the right item? Was there a mistake? Is there anything missing from this edition? P.S. the sound is really outstanding though
