Brain admitted he had difficulty with this one - personally selecting his favorite Beach Boys' tunes. It stands to reason why - only 19 songs from over a 30 year history of the Beach Boys music! With that said, this still is a nice collection of popular and so popular tunes compiled onto a single CD. The sound quality, as usual for a Japanese release, is in excellent mono and stereo sound. Nice booklet too! Four stars because this is yet another "Best Of" compilation and there is nothing really new here except for one Brian Wilson (not the Beach Boys) track.
