トキメキイケメンフェスティバルと題して全国上映された＜劇場編集版＞がDVDで登場! 4人の学生たちが織りなす恋と友情、青春の日々を色鮮やかに描き出した青春ラブストーリー! ドラマ本編のラブラインを中心とした名シーンがめいっぱい凝縮された、ファン必見の2時間! エンディングロールにはNG場面を収録。 幼い頃父を亡くし、母と病気の弟の面倒をみるため、男装して科挙の代筆でお金を稼ごうとするキム・ユニ (パク・ミニョン)。試験当日、ユニは代筆の依頼人と間違え、イ・ソンジュン (ユチョン)に声をかけてしまう。不正が大嫌いなソンジュンは「不審な者がいる」と手を挙げるが、ユニは母と弟のためだから見逃してくれと懇願し、なんとか大事を逃れる。ソンジュンは聡明なユニの頭を使わないのはこの国の損失だと考え、無理矢理科挙試験を受けさせる。そして自分がユニに代理受験を依頼したと正祖に明かす。激怒する正祖だったが、罰として成均館に入学し寄宿舎生活をしろという命令を二人に下すのだった。女ということがバレたら厳罰、しかし今の困窮した生活を続けても人間らしく生きられない。ユニは男としての生活を始める。彼らは、同室生のムン・ジェシン (ユ・アイン)、そして、先輩のク・ヨンハ (ソン・ジュンギ)、ハ・インス (チョン・テス)たちと出会い、様々な試練を乗り越えていく。彼らの友情が育まれていく中、初めは嫌いあっていたユニとソンジュンも、次第に理解しあい、お互いの魅力に引き寄せられていくのだった・・・。 ※劇場編集版は＜完全版＞DVDの本編内容をもとに再編集したものになります。
